• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment in 7-10 working days
• All Replacements & Refund case are considered within 15 days after date of delivery. Not applicable on fragrances.

• We would dispatch you the missing product or refund you the amount.
• You opened the parcel and the item is damaged
• Drop us a mail at info@qraamen.com and attach a photo of the damaged item
• We would dispatch a fresh product asap or refund you your amount.
• You received a bad quality product.

• We would pick up the bad quality product and send you the replacement or refund your amount.
